IngNatee house rules and regulation
• Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs. Of the day of arrival and Check out no later than 12:00 hrs. Of the following day.
• Check-out over time from 00: 00-16.00 hrs. Will be charged 50% of the room rate. (Unless there is a special agreement)
• Check-out after 16:00 hrs., Full room rate is charged. (Unless there is a special agreement)
• The front door and the door connecting to the swimming pool and meeting room by the Chao Phraya River are open 07:00 hrs. And close 8:00 pm.
• 1 villa (single bed or twin beds) is for 2 guests only.
• 1 extra futon is for 1 person with an additional fee of 500 baht. There will be an extra pillow, blanket, towel, and 1 drinking water.
• Children between 1 – 10 years old stay for free, no additional accommodation fees And must share the bed with parents
• Do not bring guests who are not registered. Violating a fine of 1,500 baht per person.
• When the customer has checked in, if the customer does not check out by the due date The hotel will deduct and add additional fees according to the hotel regulations.
• In the event that the customer has booked a room and paid the service fee No notice of cancellation 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Cancellation is not possible. Or refundable (Unless there is a special agreement)
• Do not bring any pet into the room, violating the fine of 1,500 baht.
• Do not make loud noises Or doing things that are annoying to disturb other people after 9 pm, violating a fine of 3,000 baht
• The hotel reserves the right to prohibit all types of cooking within the hotel area. If violated, a fine of 2,000 baht or more will be charged.
• If the equipment or belongings in the room Damage occurs after your stay. Must pay damages as specified by the resort
